Elopements aren't very popular or common in The Netherlands (where I was born), so it took me quite some time to gain experience in shooting them. Nowadays I specialise in intimate weddings with on average 35 guests, and I love to be able to shoot elopements now and again, which are even smaller celebrations of love.
