A pretty special preview today. One of my best friends got married!

It’s about the opposite of what most of the weddings I shoot look like. It’s at a city hall (charming grid ceiling here I come!), there’s no dress (as gender convention sort of expects when 2 men are getting married ;) ), there’s no getting ready (men tend to need about 7 minutes to get ready), or a fancy dinner (they decided to use dinner time as a moment for just the two of them), there’s no weddingplanner, stylist or videographer, no dress code or wedding venue.

But in some ways it is very much like most weddings I shoot, it’s very intimate with about 25 guests. They have loved each other for over 10 years and they want their day to be laidback. With Amsterdam as our backdrop, here is a preview of the simplest but one of the most fun elopements I've ever got to shoot!
